Mientras duda si llamar, observa a las cuatro personas que se sientan enfrente. Mujer morena de unos cincuenta años, hombre con gafas leyendo el periódico, pareja de enamorados hablando de cine. Marca el número de la nota y carraspea silencioso. Suena un teléfono y el hombre del periódico se palpa la chaqueta.
